This Weight loss plan is designed for those who have a sitting Job in office but they don’t have time.
Today I am going to share about my Weight Loss Discovery. I have reduced my weight by 8kgs with no side effect or Weakness.  Before I start I would like to update you that NO MIRACLE HAPPENS IN A DAY. Neither you gained weight in a single Day, then How can you reduce it in a day. So First of all you have to be determined to achieve the Goal, which is very necessary, nothing can be achieved without Determination.

The whole Process can be understood in 3 Process.
1.       Detoxification & Lifestyle changes
2.       Reducing Body Fat
3.       Reducing Body Weight



Detoxification


1.       Detoxification (Most Critical and Lifelong Process and Most recommended)

First of All you need to detoxify your body. Once You start to clean your body, you would be able to get a good Health. Here are few methods to detoxify your body.
A.      Fasting-
You need to be on Fasting at least once a week for 16 Hours. If you are thinking this is hard, then you are wrong. You have to calculate from the Last meal you taken at night.
Example. – If you had your last meal at 8PM at night you need to do Fasting till 12 PM Next Day.
During this Period You are allowed to Drink –
1.       Warm Water
2.       Bitter Gourd Juice (Karela Juice)
3.       Coconut Water
B.      Ayurveda Detoxifier-

C.      Diet & Lifestyle Changes
You need to stop eating Junk Foods. I know it’s not easy because eating Junk Food is the root cause of Excessive Weight and Body Fat. So it`s better to schedule it once a week before the day you go for Fasting of at least 16 Hours. Apart from this you need to stop drinking cold water. Go For Warm or Normal Water. You need to stop or reduce eating following Food from Your Routine.
1.       Okra (Bhindi)
2.       Tomato (Tamatar)
3.       Urad Daal (Most Poisonous if you want to reduce weight and Most Favorable if you want to gain weight)
4.       Sweets and Sweet Fruit Juices and Sharbat
5.       Potato
6.       Banana
7.       Sugar (Eat Less as much as you can but do not completely remove it. Complete removal is very harmful. So better to avoid in milk and Tea and other liquid food/drink.)
8.       Alcohol / Smoking
9.       Mango and related Products
10.   Cauliflower (Foolgobhi)
11.   Pasta or any other Maida Based Food
12.   Fried Food/ Spicy Food
13.   Carbonated Drinks
14.   Always Eat lesser what you need. Overeating is Strictly Prohibited
Lifestyle Changes
1.       Once You wake up in the morning, make sure you do not sleep again, it will make your body more unhealthy and Lazy.
2.       Keep walking 3 times a day at least for 15 Minutes per round (Total 15x3=45 Minutes).
3.       Say no to Carbonated Drinks and Cold Water and Ice-cream. (Once a week chalega before fasting, Kyuki Agar Chatore na hote to Mote na Hote).
4.       Drink Water by Sipping, better to use sipper.
5.       Drink Plenty of Water, always keep water in your glass so that you can drink it easily.
6.       Eat often
7.       Fasting At least once a week.
8.       Say No to meat.
Once You start this Detoxification Process You`ll start to feel healthy and Light from inner self. If you are short tempered, your temper will be in control. You start to feel good. You will get rid off your laziness.
Once You are able to reduce 5%-10% of Your Body weight then you are eligible for Process No. 2.


Weight.

REDUCE BODYFAT

Once You are able to run Detoxification Process at least one month then you can go for Process No. 2 , Body Fat Reduction. You Need to continue detoxification process, do not shutdown this. Before I start, I would like to clarify BodyFat and bodyweight are two different things, do not mix them.  
                To reduce Body fat, in morning empty stomach take one fully ripe Banana and one glass of Luke Warm Water. Eat Banana First then Drink Luke Warm Water. You have to eat single Banana in a day ie. In morning with Luke Warm Water only. (This is contradictory to my diet chart, but One Banana with Correct method makes miracles). After Taking Banana it is recommended to go for a walk/Exercise or some physical work at least 30 minutes (45 minutes recommended). Once your work is complete then again take some warm water. You don’t need to eat anything for next one hour after eating banana.
You will start to loose inches within weeks. You need to carry this process until your tummy does not go inside.

During this Process don’t expect weight reduction, Different people have different impact. Some may gain weight some may stable at one Point and some may lose drastically. But Body Fat reduction and Fat Loosing in inches is guaranteed.

Weight Reduction

This is Last and Important Process, again repeating you don’t need to stop Detoxification process. But You need to stop Process No. 2 ie. Body Fat Reduction. To reduce weight take one small Apple and Luke warm water in morning empty stomach. After Taking Apple it is recommended to go for a walk/Exercise or some physical work at least 30 minutes (45 minutes recommended). Once your work is complete then again take some warm water. You will gradually start to lose weight. If you have joined Gym , then do not do same exercise on regular basis. Choose different exercise for different day.
